Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd was 14 when she started to take part in the sports of combat. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she turned 18. Ladd was able to take down three opponents within a row in Ultimate Reno Combat. All of the opponents she defeated had been defeated in the first five minutes. Following that, she travelled to WCFC for the second time and defeated Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen defeated Silvia Babaeghian, and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia was defeated by Aspen by unanimous decision. It left a blemish on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd bounced back from defeat by defeating Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, making her record 8-1. Aspen began her career in 2015, signing with Invicta FC for her professional debut. She faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, where she dominated her to secure a first-round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 marked her first fight as a Bantamweight. She defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar during the second round. Aspen made use of her wrestling prowess to take down McGill in the third round via TKO. Aspen was then in a fight with Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18 at weight of catchweight (138.1lb), as Ladd had missed weight. However, Aspen was able to beat Hoy. She won by KO in the 2nd round. In her last fight for Promotion, she beat Sijara Eubanks in a an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Her UFC debut came on UFC Fight Night 118 when she faced Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina by pound-for-pound, and took the TKO round later in the 2nd. Her next fight, against Tonya EVINGER at UFC 229, her victory was even more impressive. Ladd ended Evinger in the first round. She also received an outstanding performance bonus. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee She fought Sijara Eubanks for her first significant fight. Both the fighters put on an exchange of blows that culminated with Ladd winning via unanimous decision and each fighter getting the Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd after 16 seconds and ended her streak to win. Yana Knitskaya in the UFC 7 ESPN 7's 3rd round, was defeated by Randamie. In her recent fight for the UFC she took on Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 in a rematch fight. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
